Welcome in Casa Narciso
Casa Narciso is a historic building dating back to the 1700s that served as the village bakery for many years, run by our family. It has been completely renovated into four apartments with a modern and welcoming design, preserving the original structure with exposed stone and wooden beams.
The holiday home is located within the walls of the Scaligero Castle in the historic center of Lazise, one of the most beautiful towns on Lake Garda.It can only be reached on foot as it is located within the pedestrian area, just steps from the lake!
Apartments between ancient and modern
Casa Narciso consists of four apartments ranging from 40 to 45 square meters, each accessible by an internal staircase with a separate door accessible via either a numeric code or QR code therefore no keys are needed.Each apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and desk, as well as a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. The living room is furnished with a kitchenette complete with an induction stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, sink, and all the necessary cooking utensils. There is also a round dining table with four chairs and a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate two people (mattress size 160x190).
Apartments 1 and 2 are located on the first floor, while apartments 3 and 4 are on the second and top floor and feature a fully attic with original exposed beams from the 1700s. The internal stairs are narrow and steep, so they are not recommended for guests with mobility issues or strollers. Apartments 2 and 4 enjoy lake views, but all open onto the charming Piazzetta Cordonega, home to a restaurant/pizzeria and a grocery store.
Upon arrival, the bed(s) will be made up with sheets and a duvet, as well as a set of towels for each guest. A kettle and a Nespresso machine with capsules containing sugar and various teas are available. You'll also find a supply of dish soap, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and shower gel.
A peaceful haven just a few meters from the town's main square, Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, the old port, and the lakefront.
